MindfulHeads
Sunlit Humanist
Based on Autoliberación by Luis A. Ammann

A reflective space for mindfulness, coherence, and a more human life.

MindfulHeads is a project I've been keeping in the drawer for about two decades, always present; I am sorry, I should have brought this to you long ago. I think I'm ready now.

I was raised, on one side, by a smart person who kept mindfulness present throughout my childhood and teenage years.

Ongoing practice
“Relax, discern coherence from contradiction, be present.”

These ideas were part of the core learning, ongoing conversation, and daily practice throughout my upbringing.

The principles that stayed in the room

A homepage with more warmth, more light, and less of that default mindfulness beige coma.

Gratitude, with some actual substance to it

I struggle to find the words to tell you how grateful I am. I resented the mistakes my parents made, until I found the treasure, immeasurable trove of the mistakes they didn't make.

Invitation

Share what I learned.

This is my attempt to pass on a living practice: mindfulness, meaning, nonviolence, coherence, and the human being as central value.
